Our standard storage units do not have heat or cooling in them, it is like an unheated garage. Whatever the temperature is outside is what the inside of the storage unit will be. A climate controlled unit is housed in a separate building. You enter a large building accessed only by tenants that have units in this building, where you will find individual storage units. This building is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, making it a great place to store valuable or delicate items that may be hampered by the constantly changing temperatures.
